At BBB Fishig LLC, we are committed to providing you with high-quality fishing gear and accessories that solve your fishing needs. We stand behind the effectiveness of our products and recommend that you give them a try for at least 14 days before considering a return. If, after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee period, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at ceo@fishmak.com.

Cancellation Policy Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will have already entered the processing phase. For orders canceled within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee We are confident in our products and encourage you to use them for a minimum of 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you are still not satisfied and wish to return the items, you may do so within the 60 days covered by our money-back guarantee.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or by sending an e-mail directly to ceo@fishmak.com. Please include your Order Number or the Name and E-Mail Address used to place the order to expedite your return.

Damaged Items We take great care to package our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging, such as dented boxes, with the product in good condition is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please inform us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing ceo@fishmak.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost. We do not refund, replace, nor accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Personalized Items Personalized items that are custom-branded for you cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items personalized with names, messages, or specific designs requested by the customer.

Exchange Policy If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or item, please contact us. Exchange options may be limited for personalized or custom-branded items.

Rules for Requesting a Return

All returns are processed only after approval from our customer support team - support@fishmak.com. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support and provide a description of the issue along with two photos clearly showing the problem.

After receiving and reviewing your request, our customer support team will decide on the next steps. Without prior approval from customer support, sending the product back is not permitted. Otherwise, there is a risk of denial of compensation due to possible loss of the item or lack of return confirmation.
